Calon ideal harus memiliki gelar Diploma 3 (D3), terutama dalam bidang Teknik Mesin atau Metalurgi.<\/p>\n<p>Pengalaman kerja minimum 3 tahun di sektor minyak, gas, atau petrokimia diperlukan. Sertifikasi NDT Level II dari PCN, CSWIP, atau ACCP serta keahlian di Magnetic Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), dan diutamakan Ultrasonic Testing (UT) atau Radiographic Testing (RT) sangat diharapkan.<\/p>\n<p>Kandidat diharapkan mampu mengkalibrasi alat NDT, mengidentifikasi serta memitigasi ukuran dan lokasi kerusakan, serta melakukan troubleshooting pada alat NDT.
