Posisi ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengelola transformasi jaringan dan meningkatkan proses operasional kami.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tanggung Jawab Utama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mengembangkan serta menerapkan strategi dan rencana manajemen perubahan.<\/li>\n<li>Bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menganalisis dampak dari setiap perubahan.<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan evaluasi dampak dan menilai kesiapan organisasi terhadap perubahan yang diusulkan.<\/li>\n<li>Mendukung desain dan manajemen komunikasi terkait inisiatif perubahan.<\/li>\n<li>Memberikan dukungan langsung kepada manajer di lapangan.<\/li>\n<li>Melacak dan melaporkan isu-isu yang terkait dengan manajemen perubahan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Persyaratan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun dalam manajemen perubahan.<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan komunikasi yang sangat baik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kami sedang mencari profesional yang memiliki pengalaman minimal 4 tahun di industri telekomunikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim kami.
