Kandidat harus mampu berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan berbahasa Inggris secara pasif, serta menguasai Microsoft Office (Word dan Excel). Memiliki SIM C dan A yang masih berlaku serta kendaraan pribadi (motor) adalah salah satu syarat. Diutamakan bagi yang berdomisili di Surabaya. Tugas utama meliputi survei area, menemukan pelanggan baru, dan menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan yang ada.
