Selain itu, Anda juga akan bertanggung jawab atas administrasi karyawan, pengelolaan proses penggajian, dan hubungan industrial.<\/p>\n<p>Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan adalah gelar Sarjana dalam bidang Hukum, Psikologi, atau disiplin terkait, dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang HR dan GA di posisi senior. Keterampilan kepemimpinan yang solid serta pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai hukum ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia sangat diutamakan.
