Pelamar diharapkan memiliki kemampuan dalam pembukuan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Jurnal atau perangkat serupa, yang akan diuji saat interview. Pengalaman dalam mengelola data dalam jumlah besar (400-500 transaksi per bulan) sangat diperlukan; kami tidak menerima pelamar yang baru belajar. Kandidat harus teliti, cepat bekerja, dan terbiasa mencocokkan data. Pemahaman tentang perhitungan pajak PPH 21 dan BPJS adalah suatu keharusan. Pengalaman kerja minimum 2 tahun sebagai staf keuangan juga diwajibkan.
