Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Mengelola dan memproses seluruh faktur serta Pesanan Pembelian (PO).<\/p>\n

2. Memverifikasi harga dan ketersediaan stok dengan para pemasok.<\/p>\n

3. Menyusun PO untuk pemasok dan melakukan tindak lanjut yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n

4. Menyiapkan dokumen untuk pembayaran serta mengurus pajak atas suku cadang impor.<\/p>\n

5. Berkoordinasi dengan staf gudang untuk memeriksa suku cadang yang diterima.<\/p>\n

6. Menyusun penawaran untuk pelanggan dan mendukung tim penjualan.<\/p>\n

Kualifikasi:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang penjualan atau administrasi penjualan.<\/p>\n

2. Menguasai bahasa Inggris baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.<\/p>\n

3. Berpengalaman menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi minimal 1 tahun.<\/p>\n
