Tugas utama meliputi pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumen produksi (MBR), pengawasan serta pemantauan alur pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang, serta evaluasi kinerja operator sesuai dengan dokumen MBR. Anda juga akan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam tim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kualifikasi:<\/strong> Pelamar diharapkan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan di bidang Apoteker, bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan untuk mencapai target. Keterampilan kepemimpinan, kemampuan bekerja baik secara mandiri maupun tim, serta pemahaman tentang CPOB akan menjadi nilai tambah.
