Kualifikasi yang diharapkan adalah sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pendidikan minimal SMK di bidang Mekanik Alat Berat atau bidang terkait.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai mekanik di industri alat berat, khususnya pada mesin pertanian atau di dealer\/perkebunan.<\/li>\n<li>Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat mengenai sistem mekanik, hidrolik, dan kelistrikan alat berat.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman dengan peralatan traktor roda empat akan menjadi nilai tambah.<\/li>\n<li>Memiliki kemampuan analisis, perhatian terhadap detail, dan komunikasi yang baik.<\/li>\n<li>Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dan bekerja di berbagai lokasi cabang sesuai kebutuhan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PT.
